"Sleepwalking"  - 120 Days - compelling new music from some Norwegian electro-rock-dance dudes. these guys blew up CMJ this year, playing about 400 shows in 4 days. driving rhythms, anthemic choruses = perfect stocking stuffers.

"I Looked Down the Line and I Wondered" - The Drones - from the Australian band's Gala Mill record. raw, sparsely tracked rock w/ melodic twists and turns and sloppy vocals. charming, really.
