"Printed matter of any sort from the subcontinent" is the superbly understated description of zawelski's collection of scans and photos of various Indian books, drawings and religious materials.

In 2004, I went to India to smoke hash, eat daal and get my ears cleaned. It was totally awesome. Way better than that Hotel For Slumdogs movie. I'll tell you all about it one day.

Sinking In Mirrors is Jacksonville Beach-based RickoLus’ newest and, by strides, best collection of songs. Comprised of four uncharacteristically anxiety-ridden songs, the album is more textured - lyrically and musically - than much of what he’s previously released, recalling at times, even, the ill-sounding instrumentation and narrative “otherness” of Berlin-era Bowie. We dig this direction and hope you do too.
